Few days ago, its was raining cats and dog outside. My dad came back home, drenched from top to bottom. He was shivering and he said that his hands were cold till to the extent of feeling numb. All because he was trying to pluck some mangoes to us to eat. The flu bug came and he was down with flu.
Nowadays he kept on skipping lunch because of his work. i told him tat this is not good and he gave me a smile. I guess daddy is trying to save money. To think he tried to save this little amount of money by having bread and biscuits in his car.. and when he knows that i want to buy something which is not a necessity, he will buy it for me. When we are all soundly asleep in our warm fluffy bed, he was still slogging outside, trying to finish his job. He always told me: "girl arh.. yao hao hao du shu, bu ran gai ci mei you hao gong zuo. Bu yao xiang papa zhe yang, zuo gong zuo dao yao si, gong qian you bu duo, hai yao kan ren jia de lian se". Now i noe why.. is not just nagging but more of reality. I saw it now.. my eyes are wet when i was blogging this entry..
Other might think that this is nothing.. I come from a normal family. Our income is not very stable.. but the bonding we share cannot be bought by money. Im very thankful and happy with wad i got now. I learned not to complain.. i want something i should try to get it myself and not complaining that why my parents cannot get it for me. My parents are trying hard to give my sis and i the best. Even if its not the best, but oso the best they can provide.
This is love. Every parent love their own child.. is only the matter of how they present their care and concern. My dad is those type who does not show his love and concern through words and hugging but in a more quiet way.. his silence = love. He will be back in the morning again.. aww.. how i wish i can sleep for him.
What makes him slog so hard and he seldom spend on himself? The responsiblity of being a good father.. we are not wealthy but we are happy. Only love can say.. right? (=
Im going to wish my dad a happy father's day. He really deserve this day.. Yours
